# Support

> Get Retell AI support — open a ticket through the Customer Support Portal, email the team, or reach the community on Discord and the forum for help anytime.

🙏 We want you to succeed. We are always here to support you. Our dedicated support team is ready to assist if any issues arise.

* 7 days/week on-call schedule
* 24h SLA, with active support between 9 AM to 9 PM PST (lower for enterprise customers)

### Open Support Tickets

Get dedicated support from the community and the Retell team. Here are the ways to open a support ticket:

* [Customer Support Portal](https://support.retellai.com/) - Submit and track support tickets through a dedicated portal with the Retell support team.
* [Support Forum](https://community.retellai.com/c/support-help/6) - Post questions publicly and get help from Retell staff and the broader community.
* Email [support@retellai.com](mailto:support@retellai.com) - Reach Retell’s support team directly by email. This creates the same type of support request as the Customer Support Portal.

Please include helpful context in your support ticket, like:

* Your Retell workspace id / agent id / call id
* The issue you are facing
* The steps to reproduce the issue
* The screenshots of the issue

### Report Outage

If you are going through an urgent outage that breaks your voice agent production traffic, feel free to submit a report [here](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScQAm4GxtLBC6riqW2sXa5osp3WB0VHbZ2cOSWgBgOkyXtNsA/viewform). Retell team will act on the outage report in a timely manner.

Please do not abuse it if it's not an outage, open a support ticket instead.
