Check estimated latency

Retell platform achieves latency as low as 600ms, measured from when the user stops speaking to when the AI agent begins responding.

In the agent detail page, under the “Estimated Latency” section, you can view the average latency for the agent.

Please note that certain settings will increase latency. These settings are marked with a turtle icon.
