Conductor pricing and usage limits in Retell AI

Each message you send to Conductor uses credits. Every user gets free credits each day, and a workspace admin can turn on pay-as-you-go to keep Conductor running after they run out.

Model tiers

Each message costs a fixed number of credits based on its model tier. Conversation length and task complexity don’t change the cost.

Daily free credits

Each user gets 30 free credits per day.
Each workspace shares a cap of 200 free credits per day across all users.
Free credits reset at midnight PT and don’t roll over.

Once either cap is reached, more usage is paid. If pay-as-you-go is off, Conductor pauses until free credits reset.

Pay-as-you-go

With pay-as-you-go on, usage past the free credits is billed to the workspace at $0.20 per credit. Only workspace admins can turn it on, from the Conductor panel or Settings → Limits. Admins choose a monthly limit:

Unlimited: no cap on paid usage.
Fixed: a monthly cap in USD. Once the workspace reaches it, Conductor pauses until an admin raises the limit or free credits reset.
