Retell connects to Five9 over SIP, with dedicated trunks to various Five9 PoPs (Points of Presence) that serve live customer traffic. To connect your Five9 trunk with Retell, contact your Five9 specialist or Retell support via the Customer Support Portal or support@retellai.com.
